CALIFORNIA WHITE
 
The California White is a cross between the White Leghorn and a California Grey. They are primarily an egg laying breed. The California White grows fast and lays lots of big white eggs. 
 
They produce approximately 300 eggs per year. This breed is the alternative to the White leghorn as they are less flighty.
